RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

HOW IT WORKS


All returned items must include their original packaging, tags and accessories, must be in un-worn, mint condition. Items that do not meet the criteria will be sent back to the customer along with an explanation. 


At this time, we do not currently offer free returns. Items marked Final Sale are non-returnable. 


When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.


RETURNS


If you are returning the item for a refund, you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to Farewell Exchange. Items purchased online may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.

EXCHANGES


Farewell Exchange offers exchanges for non-sale items. Most of our inventory is made of single one-of-a-kind items, if you would like to exchange an item from your order, please let us right away so we can pull the item you wish to exchange. Contact us at: support@farewellexchange.com
